7 T Success System

The 7-T Success System is designed as a guide for those who have the desire and drive to become a leader who inspires others to work toward a common goal. Within this comprehensive framework, you'll learn to identify the right things to focus on, and you'll be given a roadmap for doing those things in the right way. This book will help you identify what comprises great leadership, how to achieve it, and how to leverage it to drive accomplishment and build high-performing teams. This is the goal of this system and it has worked consistently in many different settings. I've used it as a consultant, CEO, president, and even as a little league coach. While each team I led was dramatically different in size and purpose, they all had the 7-T components in common, driving the success or failure of the team.
