This will equip teachers to develop inclusive approaches to addressing the literacy, language, numeracy and ICT needs of their learners. Explicit knowledge of numeracy communication and processes * Section 3: Information and Communication Technology (ICT) - Knowledge and understanding. Explicit knowledge about ICT) * Summary of minimum core elements * The reform of teacher education * The minimum core in certificate and diploma programmes.
