A whispered name on the lips of a dying man leads Bruce Wayne to investigate another dead man: Michael Cray, a.k.a. Deathblow. A decade ago Deathblow was tracking down a rogue covert ops killer. Now the firebug killer has resurfaced in Gotham and is once again up to his lethal tricks. It's up to Batman to stop him, but to do so, he must pick up the trail of a case that's long since gone cold, and uncover the truth about a man whose entire live was shrouded in secrets.
