Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement And Section 4f Evaluation For The Westside Purple Line Extension

This is a limited scope document prepared in response to the Final Decision of the United States District Court for the Central District of California on Beverly Hills Unified School District v. Federal Transit Administration, et al. (August 12, 2016). In this decision, the court remanded the matter back to the FTA to prepare an SEIS providing additional detail and analysis of Section 2 of the Project with a focus on the completeness of information regarding the decision to locate the planned Century City Station at Constellation Boulevard, and the alignments between the Wilshire/Rodeo and the Century City Constellation Stations. This SEIS evaluates the locally preferred alternative (LPA) as it relates to Section 2 of the Project.
