[...] Despite the post intervention stories of the success of the bombing campaign the vaunted cooperation between the forces was hampered by the lack of interoperability between the computerized systems of the USA and the other 'allies." There was no cooperation in relation to battlefield information collection and exploitation system (BICES). [...] The contradictions in international relations of the West has meant that though the European Parliament has identified Wahhabism as the main source of the so-called global terrorism, the United States and the West are the close allies of the Saudi state.
