Abstract: Golden Years Home, limited liability company (LLC), is a newly proposed residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE) with a maximum capacity of six residents and to be geographically located in Long Beach, CA. The facility primarily provides room and board to elderly individuals who require assistance with activities of daily living. Golden Years Home, LLC can accept up to two residents that require special dementia care services. The focus of the facility is to provide residents with a close sense of community, with the ultimate goal of creating a sense of family among residents and staff.
