The book was written for employees of railroad, automobile, river and marine transport, industrial, trade and building enterprises and organizations, etc. Cargo forwarding in all-purpose containers in direct combined railroad-waterway transport with the participation of all naval shipping lines, as well as of the Lena, Yenisey and Amur River steamship lines of the RSFSR is subject to centralized planning.
