Chance Financial Agency. N. O. Chance is also known as a mean-spirited man that hates all things Christmas. He is a melting pot of the best and worst qualities of Man and Mankind. When he’s good he’s really good, but his bad side has gotten the better of him. There’s a battle going on in his Soul.
