Will have a legal instrument drawn up tomorrow for the 100,000 acres Jackson is to have. Hopes it will amount to that. References Jackson's letter of 24 July and says he will attend to issues with his creditors. Wants the bank shares sent immediately. Tells him I pray you to make the conditional agreement with the committee ... It is of the highest importance to me and therefore I pray you to push the business with all your might.
