Excerpt from Illinois Appellate Court Unpublished Opinions, Vol. 133: Second Series Evon Morgan, the owner of Elms Swimming Pool Service, testified as an expert witness for the defense. Morgan indi cated that he had performed work on the mcdonnell pool shortly after National Pools had completed its repair work. According to Morgan, certain work done by National Pools had been im properly performed. Morgan also expressed his expert Opinion that the work performed by National Pools on the mcdonnell pool should have taken no more than twenty-four hours.
