E. H. Ogle presented a report from the conference entertainment committee of last year, showing that the sum of had been left over from the expenses of enter taining the last conference. On motion Of W. F. Pitts it was ordered that this sum be added to the amount being raised for this purpose for the present year and that any portion not used be kept as a part of a permanent fund for conference entertainment.
