Maryland Consolidated Transportation Program

This document is Maryland's Consolidated Transportation Program (CTP), the State's six-year capital budget for transportation projects. The Capital Program includes projects for the Maryland Department of Transportation and the modal agencies whithin the Department, including the Maryland Aviation Administration, the Motor Vehicle Administration, the Maryland Transit Administration, Washington Metropolitan Area Transit, the State Highway Administration, and the Maryland Port Administration. An expanded description is shown for each major progect, along with a list of minor capital projects.
