This book is intended as a record and celebration of the road passenger vehicles, excluding Bedford SB's, acquired by New Zealand Railways Road Services in the 1940s and 1950s. ... NZR ran a single road passenger route between 1907 and circa 1917. It re-entered the road passenger business in 1926, going on to build the country's largest bus and coach fleet.
