So, there are various ways to prevent obesity and diabetes as physical exercise, healthy diet, and natural constituent as Flavonoids for developing safe products that are present in plants which is responsible for various properties as an antioxidant, anti-diabetes and also to combat obesity as anthocyanins, flavonols, flavones, flavanones, flavans-3-ol, Isoflavonoid.
