South Hyde Park Center City Redevelopment Plan

The purpose of this document is to provide an action plan for neighborhood conservation in connection with (1) expansion of the Neighborhood Housing Services (NHS) program in Kansas City and (2) implementation of a Neighborhood Strategy Area (NSA) in Kansas City. The two programs have similar goals for neighborhood rehabilitation and will reinforce each other in targeting multiple resources and actions toward a comprehensive upgrading of an area within a limited period of time.
