This document summarises responses to the consultation papers 'Possible Measures for Inclusion in a Future Counter Terrorism Bill' and 'Options fro Pre-Charge Detention in Terrorist Cases'. In the consultation exercise over 100 organisations were approached for comments, five regional seminars were held, and a web page dedicated to the Bill was created. In addition Lord Carlile, the Independent Reviewer of Counter Terrorism legislation has produced a report on the proposals, which is published alongside this document (Cm. 7262, ISBN 9780101726221).
