SUZIE was one of a group of comic characters who started the long-running success of the Archie Series - she appeared alongside Ginger, Wilbur, and at the same time as the early Archie. SUZIE started as a feature in Top Notch Laugh Comics, and slowly took over as the star until it became her own series starting with Issue #49.
