This book is not about a Guide on How To. It is not a book about History or Tradition, or about tea from around the world or how to make the best cup of tea. It might not even be the easiest cookbook you have ever read. Though I have tried to make it clear. This book is more of my memoirs about opening the Tea Thyme Tea Room. I am giving you a cookbook about recipes served in a real restaurant that was our customer's favorites. I hope you enjoy reading this book as much as I have enjoyed writing it.
