The book is aimed at training group workers at the Masters level and may be used as a hands-on text for group practitioners who are in the early stages of their group practice and/or who want a resource that provides a structured problem solving approach to group work. The book also features a specialty section on the topic of organizing and conducting crisis intervention groups using the model developed by Trotze.
