Death of Mr. W. H. Johnson, Vice-President. The President said that it was with very much regret that he had to announce the death of one of the Vice-Presidents of the Institute, Mr. W. H. Johnson. Mr. Johnson was well known to all the members; he attended most of the meetings of the Institute from its commencement, and was very largely responsible for its formation. In the early days of the Institute he acted as its Honorary Secretary. He took an immense amount of interest in it, and did a great deal of unassuming work for it, especially at the beginning.
