What can be more important than a fat purse. We all desired it. It eluded us for so long. Now finally, after many years of hard work and sacrifice our purses are full.I speak to only those who desire more than gold. For with gold comes power. Power manifests itself in many ways. Power is addictive. A man who listened very hard and practiced daily my teachings grew very rich. But, as he grew rich he forgot from whence he came. With gold he could buy anything. He discovered a love for the things the common man would not dream of. He had the finest clothes, the biggest house, but he wanted more. He was never satisfied. He used his power to benefit himself. Arkad, there is a rich man in a nearby city. His name is Raymondo. He has grown fat from profits, yet he treats people not as you say. Raymondo lives in a nearby village. Biggest fish in a little pond. Not really a friend of Arkad but they are friendly and well acquainted. They do business together some times. Raymondo has mastered the rules of gold. Raymondo is greedy. And whilst he can be generous he enters a bargain with thoughts only of himself. The path Raymondo has chosen is his path. It is neither right nor wrong. You can see many enviable traits in Raymondo. But, he has no true friends. He is not trusted. He has no purpose. Beyond making money.The path I advocate is one of peace. Peace and harmony within.
