Tibetan Liberation Theatre (TLT) was established in 1990 by a group of artists, writers and performers to advocate Tibetan autonomy from China through events and performances. The site has information about the group and their upcoming performances, articles on the current political situation in Tibet, the text of three novels on Tibet and cartoons on Tibet called Tibetan Liberation Comics, with the archived comics available online. TLT also has information on their plays, musical performance by their affiliate band Dharma Bums and paintings of Tibet being displayed at gallaries in the New York area. The site also has links to Free Tibet groups, upcoming events related to Tibet and Buddhism, an online store with Tibetan items and an internal link to the Tibetan Studies Society, including its history, upcoming events and recent activities of the Society.
