Tolleys Directors Remuneration

This handbook provides a comprehensive guide to the issues surrounding all forms of remuneration. New regulations were laid before Parliament in June 2002 which are intended to increase transparency and accountability and links boardroom pay to performance. These regulations will come into force in 2003.
