Zoning Administration Manual

This manual is meant to provide procedural guidance in the review of zoning applications, and to provide tabular and graphic aids for the interpretation of standards. It includes sections on dwelling districts, central business districts, commercial districts, industrial districts, and other primary and secondary districts. For each of these it provides a description, a definition of terms used, a clarification of selected standards, a listing of permitted uses, and a tabular summary of regulations. Also includes a complete listing of all uses established as permitted uses in the zoning regulations and the various zoning districts in which they are permitted.
