Since 2009, the New York City Energy Conservation Code (“NYCECC”) has regulated energy consumption in New York City buildings...This code update aligns with the goals of Mayor Bill de Blasio’s One City Built to Last Plan, which calls for theCity to develop and implement world class green building and energy codes.
