"This study provides a basis for determining the current population distribution and provides information for the land use plan, zoning ordinance, subdivision regulations, and other development elements of the comprehensive plan for Jackson County. The study includes the condition of structures, the current use of each parcel of land and the land use development pattern of the county. The collected land use data are analyzed to bring forth land development problems, and to determine the major factors influencing the future land use in Jackson County"--Bibliographic data sheet.
