And we are sure that it is greatly to their advantage to buy such plants, though paying a higher price for them. Plants left to take care of themselves, and to struggle through grass and weeds into a feeble growth, are not worthy to be compared in value to those that are laid in, and carefully worked during the whole growing sea son. We have no hesitation in saying that one plant grown thus is worth more than a dozen prod need in the ordinary way.
