Excerpt from Legislative Manual of the State of Ohio, 1919-1920: Compiled and Published Under Authority of a Joint Resolution of the General Assembly Be it further resolved, That when the manuscript for such Ohio Legislative Manual is fully completed, such manuscript shall be delivered to the state superin tendent of public printing, who is hereby instructed, authorized and directed to have same printed and bound as herein set forth and in such size as shall be deter mined by the clerks oi the two houses. When completed, the state supervisor of public printing shall deliver such volumes to the clerks as herein provided for distribution.
