Wiggins Pass Maintenance Dredging

"Wiggins Pass, located in northern Collier County, Florida was initially dredged in 1984. The first successful maintenace dredging effort was completed for this inlet in 1991. This report presents the results of the first year monitoring study of the performance and impacts of the maintenance dredging of Wiggins Pass which was completed in December 1991. This report is presented to specifically address the monitoring requirements specified by the Florida Department of Envionmental Protection (DEP), formerly the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Coastal Construction Permit DBS 87-195 CO.
